There is a #onewebday channel on the freenode network.
To join:
- You will need to have a special program to connect to the network, the IRC client. There are numerous clients available, please see the list on the English Wikipedia.
- If you are using Seamonkey or Mozilla browser you have a ChatZilla! client already there. Just pick up IRC Chat from the Window menu.
- Once you have setup your IRC client pick up a nickname and configure your client.
- Set the server to
irc.freenode.net, port6667, usually this can be done via the command:
/server irc.freenode.net
- Join the channel
/join #onewebday
- You can optionally register your nickname - in this case you will be able to receive private messages from others.
/msg NickServ register yourpassword
