We will be having a planning meeting for OneWebDay PDX next week. More later.

Planning meeting is scheduled at noon on Wednesday July 30 in the Portland Building, 1120 SW 5ht Avenue, Portland, Room 1305 (Mt. Hood Conference Room). Call Mary Beth Henry for more information. Agenda includes: AGENDA

Introductions

What do we want the event to look like? Speakers, music, large screen with live blogging, interconnection with another OneWebDay site? Podcasts? Should we do video for streaming?

Budget Where does the money come from? Sponsors. I have cobbled together monies for the square rental from my budget.

Who should participate and how do we get the word out? How do we attract regular people who are online?

Any other folks who should be on the committee?
